A joint investigation by the Johnson County Sheriff’s Department and the Arkansas State Police has resulted in the arrest of three individuals on charges of Murder in the First Degree. Murder in the first degree is classified as a Class Y felony punishable by 10-40 years or up to life in prison. This is the result of an investigation that lasted over three weeks.

The three that have been arrested are as follows:

Brian A. White- a male age 21

Phillip A. Raible- a male age 29

Isaac T.M. Vaughn- a male age 20

All three subjects appeared in front of 5th Judicial Circuit Judge William Pearson on January 22, 2018 and each of their bonds was set at $750,000.00 on the charges of murder. An initial court appearance of March 1, 2018 was given to each arrestee.
