A Level 3 sex offender was arrested on new charges after an investigation by Johnson County Sheriff's Office detectives Jacob Shook and Jeff Wood.
Zackery Shadwick, age 33 of Knoxville was arrested after an investigation revealed that he had engaged in relationships with at least two juvenile females between October, 2013 and March, 2014.
Shadwick allegedly sent nude pictures of himself to the juveniles and enticed them to send him pictures of themselves. He also picked up two juvenile females at a local school in January and took them off-campus.
Shadwick is charged with Possessing Matter Depicting Sexually Explicit Conduct Involving A Child, Sex Offender Entering School Property and Failure To Comply With Sex Offender Registration.
It was discovered during the investigation that Shadwick created and used four fraudulent Facebook accounts which he used to communicate with the juvenile females and four e-mail accounts which he did not report under his Arkansas Sex Offender Registration requirements.
Shadwicks next court appearance is May 2nd in Johnson County Circuit Court.
A first appearance and bond hearing will be held today.
