Two Arrested After Drug Bust

Johnson County Sheriff's Office Deputies arrested two Clarksville residents on Monday, November 17th on drug charges.  Arrested were Stephen Clay Dollar, age 19 and a juvenile female.  Deputies received information that Dollar was dealing marijuana out of his apartment on Lynwood Street in Clarksville.  Deputies went to the apartment and discovered over a half pound of marijuana as well as firearms, prescription medication and drug paraphernalia.  The female juvenile became verbally and physically combative with the deputies and had to be restrained.  She was transported to the Johnson County Detention Center and transferred to the Danville Juvenile Detention Center where she remains pending a detention hearing before a circuit judge.  The juvenile may be charged as an adult pending a determination from the Prosecuting Attorney's Office.  She was arrested on Possession of Prescription Drugs Without a Prescription, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Battery 2nd Degree, and Interference with a Law Enforcement Officer.  Mr. Dollar is charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver, Possession of Prescription Drugs without a Prescription, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Simultaneous Possession of Drugs and Firearms.  Bond was set on Mr. Dollar by Circuit Judge Dennis Sutterfield at $2500.00 cash/commercial.
