Clarksville Resident Arrested On Theft Charges
Joey Stock, age 24 of Clarksville was arrested on two counts of Theft of Property (Felony) and one count of Criminal Mischief on May 11, 2012.
The arrest was made by Detective Sgt. Jeff Wood during the investigation of items missing from the Mary Ann Purdion property near Spadra.
The investigation revealed that Stock and another subject removed items from the property and sold the items to a local recycling center.
The items included antique washing machines, antique sewing machine and two air conditioning units along with a 16 foot flat-bed trailer.
A warrant will be sought for the accomplice, a resident of the Spadra Community.
Stock appeared before Circuit Judge Bill Pearson on Friday, May 11 where his bond was set at $10,000.00 cash/commercial with a court date of July 6, 2012 in Johnson County Circuit Court.
