08/07/2009 Suspect In Copper Theft Surrenders, Bond Hearings Held |

The third suspect wanted for questioning in the theft of copper wiring from a residential construction site on the night of August 6 turned himself in to Sheriff's Office personnel on Friday, August 7. Matthew Keylon, age 21 of Clarksville was arrested and gave a statement indicating his involvement in the theft. All 3 defendants went before Judge Bill Pearson on August 7. Bond was set at $5000.00 each for James Palmer and Waylon Curtis and $2500.00 for Keylon. All defendants have an initial court date of September 4 in Circuit Court. |
