An undercover investigation has resulted in the arrest of a 59 year-old Clarksville resident after Deputies made repeated purchases of controlled substances from his apartment in Clarksville.

Jorge Luis Conde was arrested at approximately 6:30 a.m. on Wednesday, December 14 at his apartment on Miller Street in Clarksville after Deputies and Clarksville P.D. officers served a search warrant.

Drugs and drug paraphernalia were seized from his apartment including scales, plastic bags and twelve baggies containing suspected cocaine.

Conde is charged with Delivery of a Controlled Substance (3 counts), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of a Controlled Substance (Cocaine) With Intent To Deliver and Delivery of a Controlled Substance within 1000 feet of a Church, School or Daycare.

Conde's next court appearance is scheduled for January 13, 2012 in Johnson County Circuit Court.
