A 39 year-old Altus resident has been arrested on a Bench Warrant charging him with 2 counts of Theft of Property.

Michael Mainard was arrested on Monday, November 28 at his work on the outstanding warrant.

Mainard is charged with stealing and selling a tractor and brushog in May of this year.  He was transported to the detention center for a probable cause and bond hearing.  

His next court date is January 6th, 2012 in Johnson County Circuit Court.
