A Clarksville resident was arrested on Tuesday, June 21st on a warrant charging him with theft from Jackie Young and Camardese Plastic Corporation.
The thefts ocurred on or about February 8, 2011 after a fire severely damaged Camardese Plastics on Highway 21 on January 4. Young noticed copper wire missing from his residence and Camardese Plastics and contacted the Sheriff's Office.
Robert Micheal Moore, Jr., age 33 was arrested on a warrant charging him with Felony Theft of Property (2 counts), Felony Breaking or Entering (2 counts) and Misdemeanor Criminal Trespass (2 counts).
Moore appeared before Circuit Judge Dennis Sutterfield on Tuesday, June 21st where his bond was set at $1500.00 cash/commercial with a July 1st court date in Johnson County Circuit Court.
