The identities of the two victims killed by separate tornados in Johnson County on Wednesday night are being released after family notifications.
The first victim was Angel Pelts, age 31 of the Bethlehem Community. She was killed and her husband and two children were severely injured when their mobile home on County Road 3201 was struck by the tornado that moved into the county from the Denning area. The Bethlehem Community is located approximately 5 miles north of Hartman or 8 miles northwest of Clarksville.
The second victim was R.G. Baker, age 65 of the Hagarville/Strawberry community. He was killed and his wife was injured when their home was struck by the tornado that spawned near Spadra and left destruction through Clarksville. The Strawberry Community is located approximately 6 miles north of Lamar or 7 miles northeast of Clarksville.
