Resident Arrested For Failure To Comply With Sex Offender Registration

Harry Osterhoudt, age 42 of Clarksville was arrested on Thursday, June 4 by Deputy Jeff Wood after Deputy Wood confirmed that Osterhoudt was not complying with terms of his sex offender registration.  Osterhoudt was supposed to be living at a residence on County Road 4400 but was discovered living at a residence on County Road 3503 while Deputy Wood was doing compliance checks.  Osterhoudt came to the Sheriff's Office for an interview and admitted moving without notifying law enforcement.  Osterhoudt was placed in the Johnson County Detention Center and was taken before Circuit Judge Bill Pearson on June 4 where his bond was set at $30,000.00 cash/commercial with an initial court appearance of July 10th.
