A Clarksville resident, Omar Rivera, age 32 was arrested by Deputy Todd Russell, Auxiliary Deputy Bryan Scoggins and Detective Jeff Wood of the S.O. after a search warrant was executed at his residence by deputies and officers of the Clarksville P.D. on Friday, January 8. Rivera was charged with 2 counts of delivery of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) after undercover officers made separate purchases from him during an undercover operation. Rivera went before Circuit Judge Bill Pearson on Sunday, January 10 where his bond was set at $15,000.00 cash/commercial. Rivera has an initial court date of March 5 in Johnson County Circuit Court.
