Four persons were arrested on Saturday, November 14 after a search warrant was executed at an apartment on James Street in Clarksville by units of the Sheriff's Office and Clarksville P.D. Arrested were Joshua Brousseau, age 21, Hayden Geels, age 18, Fransisco Rivera Leya, age 26 and a 17 year-old female. Brousseau is charged with 2 counts of Delivery of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of a Controlled Substance w/intent to deliver and an enhancement because of the residence proximity to a church/school. Hayden Geels is charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance w/intent to Deliver and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Fransisco Leya is charged with midemeanor Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of an Instrument of Crime. Brousseau, Geels and Leya appeared before District Judge Len Bradley where Brousseau and Geels received $2500.00 cash/commercial bonds and Leya was held without bond because of an Immigration and Customs Enforcement hold. The 17 year-old female was turned over to her parents pending the filing of formal charges.
