4 Johnson County residents were arrested on felony warrants connected to the theft of guns and 4-wheelers from the Harmony area which ocurred earlier this year. Arrested were Jimmy Holland, age 28, Bobby Lee Malow, age 21, Jeremy Dale Marlow, age 19 and Derrick James Marlow, age 17. Holland is charged with Residential Burglary (4 counts), Theft of Property, Breaking or Entering, Criminal Trespass and Possession of a Firearm by Certain Persons. His bond was set at $50,000.00 cash/commercial by Judge Bill Pearson on October 15. Bobby Marlow is charged with Aiding the Consummation of an Offense. He was released on his own recognizance. Jeremy Dale Marlow was charged with Theft of Property, Breaking on Entering and Criminal Trespass (2 counts). He was released on his own recognizance. Derrick James Marlow was charged with Theft of Property, Residential Burglary, and Criminal Trespass. He was released on his own recognizance and is charged as an adult. All have an initial court date of November 6 in Johnson County Circuit Court.
