Franklin Milholland, age 50 of Hartman was arrested on Saturday, April 11 after deputies responded to a report of shots being fired from a residence on Patton Lane in Hartman.  Deputies made contact with Milholland at his residence where they noticed rifles in plain view.  Milholland is a convicted felon.  He faces charges of Possession of a Firearm By Certain Persons, Possession of a Defaced Firearm and a misdemeanor warrant out of Conway Police Department.  Deputies recovered approximately 20 rifles and shotguns, reloading equipment and approximately 10,000 rounds of varoius ammunition.  Milholland will appear before a judge on Monday, April 13 for a probable cause/bond hearing.
