Over the past several days the Johnson Co. Sheriff’s Department has solved 7 burglaries. These cases are being solved for two reasons. First and foremost is because of community involvement, and secondly is because of the hard work of the men and women of the Johnson Co. Sheriff’s Department.

We are thankful for your support, and for you calling us and letting us know when something just doesn’t look right. Law enforcement cannot do it alone, and neither can our community. It takes a concerted effort from each of us to make our communities safer.

As your Sheriff, I applaud you and ask that you keep those tips coming, as it is obvious that they are paying off.

I am also grateful to each of our officers who are working long hours to try and get your property recovered.
