A former Johnson County resident was extradited from Pennsylvania on a Petition To Revoke warrant charging him with failing to pay fines, costs and restitution. Deputy Todd Russell made the trip to Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania and returned with Michael Hazen, age 25. Hazen appeared before Circuit Judge Bill Pearson on Monday, April 12 where his bond was set at $7049.00 cash only with a May 7 court date in Johnson County Circuit Court.
