Latisha Allen
Latisha Allen

Latisha Allen, a 25 year-old resident of Highway 359 was arrested on 2nd Degree Battery charges after kicking Deputy Lance Clubb in the face at the detention center. Deputies responded to the Allen residence during a domestic situation on Friday, March 19. While at the residence, defendant Allen refused to calm down and was cursing and becoming beligerent and agitated. Allen grabbed a small child and violently picked the child up. Deputies then managed to get the child away from Allen and place her under arrest for disorderly conduct. She was transported to the detention center and told deputies she would give them a reason to arrest her. While she was being booked in she was still unruly and as Deputy Clubb tried to assist the detention officer, Allen then kicked him in the face. Deputy Clubb suffered injuries to his mouth for which he was treated. Allen went before Circuit Judge Bill Pearson on Saturday, March 21 where her bond was set at $10,000 cash/commercial with an initial court date of May 7 in Johnson County Circuit Court.
