The information below is about a scam in another county here in Arkansas. The Arkansas Sheriff's Assocation ISN'T asking for donations for a toy drive. To make this scam seem real they used a local Deputies name in that department when they told the business owner they would have a deputy come by. Sheriff Larry Jones

I’ve had a business in my County contact me and said that they received a call from someone posing as the Arkansas Sheriff’s Association asking for donations to fund the Sheriff’s toy drive for this upcoming year. Luckily the business told them they would not donate over the phone but they could send a deputy to come by and see them.
