On 12-16-2015 an owner of cattle in the Huntown area reported that there had been an attempted theft at his property. The owner had checked the property and his livestock on 12-15 and upon returning on 12-16 noticed that someone had damaged his property in an attempt to commit this theft.

This is obviously an ongoing problem and our deputies and investigators are following up leads daily.

Please keep an eye on your property and your neighbors, and once again if you see anything that just doesn't look right please call us at 754-2200 and allow us to check it out.
