Twenty three (23) persons with outstanding misdemeanor warrants have surrendered themselves during the first 10 days of the holiday amnesty program offered by the Sheriff's Office. 

All were served their warrants and given a court date in 2011.  The program will end at midnight on December 31.  All persons with warrants are encouraged to take advantage of this program.
