A Knoxville resident was arrested by officers of Adult Probation/Parole and the Sheriff's Office after a visit to his home on February 3. Brian Mann, age 47 was arrested on a Petition to Revoke charge after drug paraphernalia was discovered. A search warrant was written and served at the residence where paraphernalia such as scales, pipes and a small amount of marijuana were found. Ammunition was also found in the residence. Mann will have a bond hearing on the charges within 48 hours.
