Area Man Electrocuted While Working on Power Lines

A 33 year-old Coal Hill resident was critically injured on Friday, February 20, while working on high-voltage power lines on Highway 64 east of Knoxville.  Tracy Brown, an employee of C & N Electric of Ozark was working in a bucket when he came in contact with the lines.  He was taken by air from the scene to UAMS in Little Rock and transferred to Arkansas Children's Hospital burn unit.  He suffered severe injuries to his right hand and arm and left arm. First Responders from the Knoxville Fire Department responded to the scene along with deputies from the Johnson County Sheriff's Office and Arkansas State Police Personnel.
